I have owned a unit in the townhouse development at 19 Heath Street, Asquith for 5 years. During that time Tanya Haidar has been the Property Manager acting as Platinum Properties.
I have had two tenants in the time that I have owned the property. Tanya has managed the finding of tenants, the changeover from one to another (with minimal vacancy time) and has managed both wear and tear maintenance and maintenance requests on my behalf. All of this has been managed with the minimum of fuss.
I have two investment properties and the management of this property is without doubt ‘low maintenance’, especially when I compare this to my other property.

Caroline and the rest of the team there are so helpful in every way I think a real estate agent should be. Before signing a lease through Platinum Property I was caught up with a dodgy landlord!! Long story short, I felt it so hard to trust anyone regarding leasing etc. But then we found a place and the agents were Platinum Properties. Caroline explained things to me so I would understand, always followed things up with the owner, always kept me informed about things and always was there for me to talk with and help me as it was my first time dealing with a real estate!!
When I knew it was time to move on I wanted to find a property through Platinum just so they can be my agent but there were no properties in the area I was looking at .
I have been with Platinum Property for over a year and now that I have moved out they have also helped me sort out my refund for my bond. Everyone knows how expensive a bond can be and waiting on a refund and not knowing what is happening etc. but dealing with Caroline, I moved out on a Saturday, Monday I had an email from Caroline what was happening and it has been lodged!!!
I know I hear banks say “our customers are not just a number” this is the motto that I feel also suits Platinum Property. I know they must have many customers to deal with day in and day out but NEVER once have I felt like “just a number”! At the end of every call/email I was always very satisfied with the outcome.
